The module includes: full real-time integration with other DIVENTA ERP modules, enabling each transaction, regardless of the place of origin (Reception, Gastro, Material), automatically visible in all segments of the module, the ability to run multiple companies with many consolidated reports, automatic exchange of electronic invoices via various eServices, automatic payment and download of bank statements in XML or TXT format with the possibility of automatic closing of open items, automatic creation of all statutory forms and reports (VAT form, VAT-K, VAT-S , ZP, PPO, OPZ-STAT-1), with a number of additional auxiliary analysts for each position, it is possible to create ad hoc reports at the request of the user, apply USALI method of monitoring business results and international accounting standards, automatically create the final balance of the business year and initial state next.
At the request of the user, the possibility of automatic data transfer from the programs of other companies in the DIVENTA Financial Business module via a universal Interface solution is also provided. The software solution designed in this way has been successfully implemented in large hotel chains with complex resources and content of financial and accounting departments, but also in smaller (family) tourism entities where the entire accounting work is performed by one person.
